Think, Care, Community: some thoughts on the... →
I am not saying I have all the answers.  I am not writing academically.  I am writing about my understanding of the Occupy issues, why they matter, and how we can all be better humans.  I’m also not telling you that you have to agree with me.  This is a link to my real (and more irregularly used) blog, Meanderings.

by *Mambolica HDR.  Or, as is usually the case, HDR effects.  You know, sometimes a little HDR looks nice, makes a photo pop out, draws the eye somewhere specific… Alternately, fake faded film prints, a la instagram.  Used right, it’s a great tool that can instantly evoke the feeling of looking through your (or your parents’) old albums. Unfortunately, digital cameras do not...

I use them.  I think they’re neat.  That said, I only use them if it relates to something I am interested in - so if I see one in a museum exhibit, for instance, or on a poster for a film or music, perhaps.  Would I use one on an H&M billboard?  No, probably not, but that’s because I don’t care.  Also, I just don’t think most marketers use them well.  I’m looking...

Followers !
I have followers on my Tumblr and some of them are strangers to me (and quite likely strange).  I am kind of amazed that anyone would want to follow my Tumblr, but I appreciate your interest and/or support.  For the record, none of my followers are my mother.

HAHAHA !  *facepalm* shitmystudentswrite: I think Harriet Tubman was courageous because being an underground construction worker was very dangerous. That is why I think she was courageous.

What is "Pagan Enough," asks Drumrider. →
My friend wrote a thoughtful and interesting blog post about what it means to be “Pagan enough,” which I found to be a thought-provoking read.  Putting down one of your own is not limited to ‘fringe’ religions or the “Pagan” community.  You can find it in probably every religion.  You can find it throughout society as a whole.  Instead of giving each other a...
